Student Voice Coordinator UWL Students' Union

Location: Multi Site Salary: £26,270 to £30,530 per annum

Working Hours: 35 hours per week

Release Date: Monday 20 May 2024 Closing Date: Wednesday 12 June 2024 Reference: SU0039

Do you want to disrupt inequality in Higher Education? Do you also want to develop yourself while creating change for a diverse population of students.

This is a great role for someone who is passionate about delivering change and advocating for diverse student voices. You will be a key member of the Student Voice team and the primary liaison between students and University stakeholders. You will need to understand the barriers our students face to participation and strive to make tangible, positive changes to improve their student experience.

Not having years of experience in Students' Unions isn't a barrier. If you can prove you are willing to work hard, bring your whole self to work and put the time in to learn and develop your skills for the benefit of yourself and others, we want to hear from you. Previous holders of the role have also gone on to be managers or specialists in our organisation and elsewhere.

Imagine coming to work every day in a place where you get to have fun, make friends, change lives and push yourself to build your skills and achieve amazing results.

Our SU is a charity that has won multiple national awards for, among other things, engaging thousands of people in community-building projects, having an extremely happy staff team and proving that you can create the best students' union in the London against the odds.

This is a full-time, permanent position.
