The Strategic Planning Directorate's goal is to achieve better decision-making across the institution from the analysis, advice and insight we provide, to the trusted relationships we build with stakeholders and the data quality, governance and infrastructure that underpins it.

Recently reconfigured and expanded, now is a great time to join the Directorate as we look to enhance our contributions to delivering the University Strategy.

We are seeking an outstanding candidate to lead the design and operational delivery of University student surveys. This will involve being responsible for the central design and administration of a number of surveys, supporting colleagues in faculties in setting up and running surveys such as module evaluations and working with stakeholders to establish and evolve survey designs to ensure the outputs meet their needs. The role will be expected to develop a thorough understanding of any University student survey software/platforms/tools.

The successful candidate will proactively engage with a range of internal stakeholders in providing a first-class service to the University. Within the Directorate, they will work closely with our analytic function to make sure survey data is high quality and prepared in a timely fashion for analysis.

The role will also be expected to provide additional operational support to a range of Directorate and University processes such as Academic Workload Planning and the annual planning round.

We are a diverse and inclusive team of dedicated professionals who are committed and passionate about what we do. Our main office is on the Greenwich campus with occasional travel to our Avery Hill and Medway campuses required.
