Advertising/Posting Title Student Services Coordinator
Posting Summary Student Services Coordinator will serve as a key partner supporting medical student services and engagement at the Larner College of Medicine. Coordinate with campus partners to promote student wellbeing, address areas such as safety, food and housing insecurity, and access to student life resources. Oversee student advising and care case management systems and may represent the Associate Dean for Students in meetings and special initiatives.

Coordinate student programming and student leadership development, provide guidance to student leaders and organizations on governance, compliance, and communication. Supports Student Council and Interest Groups, manage leadership transitions, and facilitate student-focused events, such as class meetings and town halls.

Coordinates operations for the Advancement and Fitness Committees, including student referrals, policy oversight, and legal consultation as needed. Coordinate all aspects of the Larner College of Medicine Honors Societies—Alpha Omega Alpha, Gold Humanism Honor Society, and Aequitas Health Honor Society—oversee student selection, committees, awards, affiliated events, and faculty advisor support. Collaborate with the Medical Communications Team on high-profile events, including annual induction ceremonies, ensuring excellence in event planning and communications.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Bachelor’s degree in a related field and one to three years’ related experience required.Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Experience with Office 365 Office Suite required.
Desirable Qualifications Student Services and advising experience desirable. Maxient or workflow/case management software experience desirable.
Anticipated Pay Range $27.50/hour-$31.50/hour

Special Conditions A probationary period may be required, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule with an option to split time between campus and elsewhere, in accordance with the university telecommuting policy, Background Check required for this position
