We are looking for a passionate Student Recruitment Officer to join our recruitment team on a one-year maternity contract. Reporting to the Student Recruitment Manager (Events), you will be instrumental in developing and delivering a high-impact student recruitment events programme that elevates the University's profile and fosters meaningful connections with prospective students. In this role, you will also lead an extensive outreach programme, building partnerships with targeted schools and colleges to support the University's strategic recruitment goals.
The post holder must be enthusiastic and have experience of undergraduate/postgraduate recruitment and/or marketing in a relevant organisation, preferably within a Higher Education context. You will have excellent customer service and possess good organisation, communication and interpersonal skills with a commitment to quality. You should be able to demonstrate knowledge of student recruitment activity and have experience of working to tight deadlines.
To apply for this role you will need an undergraduate degree in any discipline and/or significant experience within Recruitment and Marketing. This role requires a high degree of flexibility with substantial weekend and out-of- hours work at various locations on and off campus.
