About this role
The Student Recruitment and Outreach Coordinator plays a vital role in engaging prospective students, schools, colleges and communities to raise awareness of the university’s offer and support progression into higher education.
The postholder delivers high-quality recruitment activity, outreach programmes, and events that inspire learners, strengthen relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to the University’s recruitment and widening participation goals.
About you
The successful applicant will need excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, liaising with schools, students, parents and the community to promote the University’s offer and build positive relationships. You will be a confident presenter and have the ability to engage diverse audiences and experience of public-facing work. Strong organisational skills are essential, with the ability to travel to schools, colleges and fairs across the region and wider.
About the team
You will be joining a highly professional, committed and student focused community and work within a small, friendly and flexible team. Student Recruitment and Outreach sits within the wider Marketing, Recruitment, Admissions and Communications team based on the Bishop Otter Campus, Chichester.
