We are seeking a visionary Director of Student Recruitment and Admissions to play a pivotal role in driving Kingston University's ambitious growth plans. In this high-impact position, you will lead the development and execution of a market-led, strategic approach to increasing student numbers, elevating the University's profile, and delivering innovative marketing and recruitment programmes.
As a key contributor to our strategy, you will work collaboratively across the University, building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners. You will inspire a talented team to deliver dynamic, cutting-edge content and a best-in-class applicant experience that strengthens student recruitment and ensures we meet our ambitious targets.
The PersonYou are a strategic leader with a deep understanding of the student recruitment and admissions landscape in higher education. Your leadership experience, gained in a relevant institution, has equipped you to oversee large-scale recruitment operations while ensuring alignment with institutional objectives. You have a proven ability to drive results in a competitive environment, with a track record of developing and implementing successful recruitment strategies that deliver growth. You possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, enabling you to work effectively across diverse teams and engage with a wide range of stakeholders.
