The Student Records Office at UoB is looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic Student Records Data Officer. We have embarked on an ambitious programme of work reviewing our student-focused processes and developing our student record system to meet the needs of our students, staff and key stakeholders, as we continue our ambitions for the future. This role will have to opportunity to contribute to a range of current and future projects. Your main responsibilities will be to create and maintain our curriculum records and ensure that the core data required for students to apply for, register and be assessed on the University's courses is present and correct. The role will sit within our curriculum team which also looks after fees and student loans. You will also provide support and input into current and new processes to ensure that they are developed and operate to meet new and emerging data requirements including effective mechanisms for managing and maintaining effective data quality.

You will already have sound experience and understanding of the higher education environment. You will also be able to demonstrate a good understanding of higher education processes. You should have a high level of knowledge and expertise in using SITS, our student record system. You will be someone who makes a positive contribution to the team and has a commitment to continuous improvement and change processes.
