Student Records and Registrations Administrator Registry Services Location: Newport, Shropshire TF10 8NB

Salary: £24,533 to £26,444 per annum The point of entry will be dependent upon relevant qualifications and experience Post Type: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 23.59 hours GMT on Wednesday 21 February 2024 Reference: LH-1344

Reporting to the Student Records Officer, this newly developed role will support our essential work in ensuring that student records held by the university are accurate and up to date at all times. This role will work closely with all teams within Registry Services, including the Registrations, Assessment Record and Awards team and Timetabling. They will also work closely with Finance, Management Information and Academic colleagues in their day to day work.

The role requires a pro-active, highly organised individual who is educated to level 6, or with extensive professional experience in a similar role, and who is confident to work independently and with the highest level of accuracy. Applicants should have experience of using databases and have a commitment to delivering a high level of service to students and staff at all times. You will actively support a wide range of duties with a focus on student enrolment, student module selection and providing advice and guidance to students and staff on a range of issues including student finance. The ability to manage a demanding workload and the ability to work flexibly during times of peak workload is essential.
