Position Information
Responsible for 6th-12th grades. Relational based ministry based on creating relationships and structures in which students are being discipled into faithful obedience to Christ.
Application Requirements:
1. A faithful and humble growing relationship with God through Jesus Christ
2. A teachable spirit and willingness to learn and grow
3. Ability to affirm our church’s statement of beliefs (available at ccto.org/our-beliefs)
4. Lifestyle and character consistent with someone committed to the way of Jesus
5. A relational and pastoral heart
6. An educational background in areas related to ministry, especially to students
7. Must have a demonstrated ability to plan, develop, coordinate, manage and implement a student ministry
8. Must have good written, verbal, and digital communication skills, conflict management skills, and computer skills
9. Must have a proven ability to work effectively with youth, young adults, parents, diverse individuals, and teams of volunteers
