This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week

We have a vacancy within our Student Centre team based at our Harrow campus. The post is positioned within the Student Centre team delivering first line support for the majority of the University's student services.

The post holder will enjoy working on busy service points and answering customer enquiries in person, over the phone and online. They will appreciate working in a dynamic and changing environment, with opportunities to learn and develop skills. The successful candidate will have previous experience of customer service and meet the criteria set out in the person specification. They will work well with a diverse range of customers and have excellent communication and information handling skills. They will also enjoy working collaboratively and flexibly as part of a number of teams.

Although based at Harrow, successful candidates will be expected to work occasional shifts at our Cavendish and Marylebone campuses as and when required.
