Position Summary
The Student Assistant for Strategy & Enrollment will assist the Office of Strategy and Enrollment with general office and administrative duties. This position reports to the Administrative Assistant for Strategy and Enrollment.
This position is funded by the Federal Work-Study program and is open to UIW students who are approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work- Study Program.
Essential Functions
The essential duties include, but are not limited to:Assist with social media photo and video shoots. (TikTok and Instagram stories).Work on communication pieces (flyers, graphics, copy) at the direction of the Digital Strategy and Marketing team.Facilitate the creation and distribution of enrollment marketing pieces.Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Education
Current UIW student approved and eligible to participate in the Federal Work- Study program.
Required Work Experience
Previous experience working in a professional office environment.
Preferred Qualifications Required Certifications, Licenses or Registrations Work Hours
Physical Demands
Prolonged sitting at an office desk; Ability to move about campus and lift up to 25 pounds.
