  • Role Description

    About the Role

    You will be responsible for the delivery of allocated academic administration and student support relating to taught and/or research students and for ensuring high levels of customer support and student satisfaction.

    You will be instrumental in ensuring that the student experience of administrative services on your portfolio of courses and programmes is effective, consistent and of a high standard. You will work very closely with academic staff (e.g. Course Directors and Module Leaders, Research Student Supervisors) to ensure that the student experience is effective, consistent and of a high standard.

    About You

    You are likely to be an experienced, self-motivated HE Administrator, with a working knowledge of University Regulations, and significant experience of working in partnership with students, Professional Service Unit colleagues and academics. We will consider applicants with transferable experience. You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be able to prioritise and manage a high volume of work, working quickly and accurately to meet tight deadlines. Proven analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills are a must.

    Working Arrangements

    Our Student and Academic Support Teams work on Campus a minimum of three days a week, with the remaining two days either on Campus or at home.
