The programme will build students' confidence, knowledge, motivation and develop their ability to gain employability skills and become familiar with Westminster's approaches to learning and teaching. It will stimulate socialisation amongst students, cultivate a sense of belonging, and enhance students' confidence in communicating and learning new skills.

We are looking for a person to demonstrable experience of successful project management and an understanding of project management processes and practices as applied to working in a complex organisation. The person will also deliver and evaluate project plans to ensure efficient and effective delivery of the project objectives, producing regular progress reports on developments and impact measures; work with colleagues to integrate this project into working practices and to create lasting approaches to support the improvement of student employability and student satisfaction.
