    About the Role

    Reporting to the Team Leader: Student Support, you will be a key point of contact for the online student cohort to support positive learning outcomes. Providing outstanding customer service to our students is paramount, and you will focus on proactive communications and engagement by assisting with queries and requests related to enrolment, study support, student wellbeing, and administration in a timely and professional manner.

    The Student Support Centre is open 7 days a week with operating hours 8:30am to 9:00pm Weekdays and 9:00am to 5:00pm Saturday and Sunday. Student advisers work five rostered shifts per week, with the schedule adjusted to reflect the pro rata nature of the position.

    Essential Skills and Experience

  • Demonstrated provision of high quality, responsive customer service with excellent communication skills and a professional phone manner
  • Experience in a customer service role, providing information to a range of customers
  • High levels of empathy, excellent relationship building ability, and collaborative teamwork approach
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures
