    The Opportunity

    Are you ready to shape the future? The Monash Sustainable Development Institute (MSDI) is seeking a visionary Strategy, Impact Reporting and Governance Lead to help to chart our course towards a sustainable and impactful tomorrow.

    Your Role:

  • Craft Our Strategic Vision: Lead the development and execution of MSDI's strategic goals over a 5-year horizon, ensuring our mission aligns with our actions
  • Drive Impactful Governance: Manage the secretariat of our governance committees, steering MSDI with precision and purpose
  • Design and manage new evaluation and reporting: drive our systems and processes for monitoring, evaluating and reporting our strategy and impact
  • Collaborate for Success: Work alongside our Executive Leadership Team and various committees to foster a unified direction for MSDI
  • Your Impact:

  • Best Practice Pioneer: Seek and implement cutting-edge practices in strategy, impact reporting, and governance
  • Communicate and Connect: Use your exceptional communication skills to engage staff, support teams, and promote a shared language of strategy
