Primary Duties and Responsibilities: As an OSVES Production Crew member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of live concerts and events. This position operates out of the Fisher Center for the Performing Arts, the Curb Event Center, and auxiliary event spaces. You will assist with various production tasks and operation in the respective areas of audio, video, lighting, and stage support. This position requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic environments. • Assist event staff in audio, video, lighting, and stage support for live concerts and events. • Operate, organize, and maintain production equipment to the highest standard. • Communicate effectively with crew, cast, and production team members. • Quickly resolve unexpected issues that arise during shows/events. • Adapt to changing plans and troubleshoot show needs. • Set up and break down equipment before and after events, ensuring all gear is properly stored and maintained. • Take initiative and show a willingness to go above and beyond basic responsibilities.
