    Position description

    The Department of Chemistry anticipates openings for all levels of the Specialist series throughout the 2023-24 Academic Year. Applications are being sought from candidates with B.S. and/or B.A., M.S., or Ph.D. degree with backgrounds in various areas of Chemistry or a related field:

    • Inorganic or Organometallic Chemistry • Organic Chemistry or Chemical Biology • Physical, Atmospheric, or Analytical Chemistry • Polymer, Materials, or Nanoscience Chemistry • Theoretical Chemistry

    This is an ongoing recruitment. Positions are dependent on extramural funding and research contracts of individual Principal Investigators. Initial appointments are for one year and renewal will be dependent on availability of support. Specialist series rank will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
