  • About This Opportunity

    The Senior Systems and Project Officer is responsible for system administration, support, and development to ensure student systems, are operating and used effectively to achieve stakeholder outcomes. This position also plays a key role in systems projects to enhance the student experience.

    Key responsibilities will include:

  • Provide advanced technical support to users, addressing complex problems and faults.

  • Lead efforts to enhance systems by identifying issues, evaluating solutions, and implementing complex configurations using best practices.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and design business processes.

  • Design, review, improve, and publish complex forms and workflows.

  • Lead the development of systems-related documentation, including business cases, specifications, and technical reports.

  • Manage technical project activities, including business case development, requirements gathering, user acceptance testing coordination, change management, risk mitigation, and issue resolution.

  • About You
  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field, showcasing a blend of education and practical knowledge.

  • Demonstrate effectiveness in delivering customer-focused service and maintaining reliable support standards.

  • Possess extensive experience in relevant technologies such as CRM and student administration systems, with the ability to implement new technologies.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conceptualize and implement process improvements and solutions.

  • Proficient in all modules of StudentHub (CareerHub), accredited as a CareerHub Workflow Champion.

  • Demonstrate experience in developing and maintaining system and project documentation, including leading user acceptance testing and contributing to change management activities.

  • You must have unrestricted work rights in Australia for the duration of this appointment and may be required to complete background checks including, criminal history and education checks.
