This full-time, permanent post is available immediately.

This role provides a hybrid working arrangement, requiring a minimum of 2 days per week on the Streatham campus and allowing for some remote work.

Summary of the role

The University is looking for a self-motivated individual with strong organisational and communication skills proficient in the use of IT systems to deliver SITS training to colleagues in Faculties.

The Senior Student Records Administrator post offers an exciting opportunity to become involved with a range of activities within the Student Records team. This role will support the annual lifecycle of the SITS data activity, providing administrative and clerical support to aid the smooth running of Student Records. Although expected to work flexibly across all Student Records activities, this role will have a focussed responsibility for delivering cross-platform training and process management support to Education Support colleagues in Faculties.

In this role, you will be responsible for the development and delivery of training materials, offering crucial administrative system support. Additionally, you will play a pivotal role in creating and maintaining program and module data within the student record (SITS) system.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent IT, data analysis, and organizational skills, showcasing an ability to efficiently manage and prioritise workload. Furthermore, experience in supporting large-scale databases and conducting training on various processes is essential.
