The Centre for Health Economics (CHE) at the University of York is seeking to appoint a Senior Research Fellow/Reader in health economics on a full-time open contract (part-time applications will also be considered with a minimum of 0.8 FTE).
The successful candidate will have a research profile focused on economics applied to health, a strong quantitative background and extensive experience in methods research. The post would be to work across CHE's research themes, including research in low and middle-income settings.
CHE is one of the world's most prominent academic health economics research centres. For over forty years it has been committed to the development and application of economics to promote health and wellbeing through the effective, efficient, and equitable use of scarce resources. We are a community of over 100research staff,support staff, andPhD students.
