An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Transformation Management Office (TMO), working with Programme and Project Managers, and Communications and Engagement colleagues, at a time when transformation is a key strategic priority for the University.
You will be a key member of the team, leading on initiation and delivery of strategic change and improvement projects. You will work with Programme Managers to assist the development and maintenance of the programme environment by guiding projects within it. You will be proactive in the identification and management of stakeholders, as well as working collaboratively with other functions such as Digital Services and Estates. As well as assisting existing projects, you will continue to grow a culture of transformation, to develop value discovery, value delivery and value realisation through the Transformation Management Office, and across the University.
You will have a recognised project management qualification, and a successful track record in managing complex projects. You will have substantial experience in the delivery of projects requiring significant change management and comprehensive leadership and influencing skills. You will be an excellent communicator and able to think and act within a strategic context.
