About the Role
Reporting to the Manager: Capital Development, the Senior Project Officer is responsible for leading and managing the planning and delivery of projects in support of capital works and maintenance programs within the University's built asset environment.
This position will support the Manager: Capital Development and Project Management Team in the delivery of the approved Minor Capital Works Program. The projects within the program are identified each calendar year to meet specific corporate objectives and are aligned with the strategic objectives of the university. The projects have an individual value of up to 2M.

Capital Development : Planning, procurement and delivery of capital and maintenance projects aligned to strategic objectives. The annual capital works and maintenance budget ranges from $30M - $40M which includes in-progress capital projects of up to $250M.
