Salary: £47,085 - £55,895 with discretionary to £60,921 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-time
About Us:
Join the University of Oxford's Engineering & Estates Maintenance Team, where
you'll play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing our mechanical
infrastructure. We value innovation, professionalism, and a commitment to

Role Overview:
Be the University expert in mechanical services, setting and delivering
the strategy and standards for safe, effective and efficient mechanical
systems.
Deliver the programme for all mechanical asset replacement works, setting
priorities with due regard for safety, efficiency and budget.
In support of mechanical projects, provide technical leadership to Project
Managers, Consulting Engineers, Installation Contractors and University
departments.
Lead and support colleagues in the mechanical operation teams to achieve
our vision.

Selection Criteria:
Degree in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or
equivalent.
Chartered member of CIBSE, IMechE, or other relevant institution or
working towards it.
Significant experience in all types of mechanical installations within
various building types.
Strong project management and budgeting skills.
