Flexible Hybrid working – This is a hybrid role that offers flexible working between home and our Streatham Campus.

Are you an experienced product manager ready to take on a high-impact leadership role?

As our Senior Product Manager, you'll take ownership of a portfolio of digital products, ensuring they meet user needs and align with the University's strategic goals. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping product roadmaps, defining success metrics, and driving innovation. Leading a team of Product Managers, you'll use your expertise to break down complex problems into clear deliverables, enabling your team to deliver high-quality outcomes.

You'll work collaboratively across cross-functional teams, guiding Product Managers to deliver evidence-based solutions while aligning with Agile principles. Through effective communication and stakeholder management, you'll prioritise development activities, navigate complex challenges, and ensure that all product initiatives are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest standard.

  • Proven leadership experience in product management, driving product strategy, roadmaps, and outcomes.
  • Expertise in Agile and Lean practices, coaching teams and adapting approaches for success.
  • Strong ability to translate business objectives and user needs into impactful product solutions.
  • Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align on goals and priorities.
  • Data-driven decision-maker with experience in defining and monitoring product success metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop product management professionals.
  • Passionate advocate for user-centric design principles and innovation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Adaptable, resilient, and able to manage complex, high-risk, or sensitive product portfolios.
  • Experience working within a large complex environment would be desirable
