About the position
The Senior Officer, Library Community Programs works under the direction of the Senior Coordinator, Library Community Programs and Engagement.
The Senior Officer is responsible for:
The purpose of this role is to enhance the skills and knowledge of Library staff, contributing to ongoing professional staff development, and engage further with our many university communities.
This involves working collaboratively with Library staff to identify learning needs, creating targeted training content, and evaluating the effectiveness of training initiatives in meeting organisational objectives.
The successful candidate will be a motivated, organised individual with experience in event management and in planning and coordinating staff professional development.
