    • Position Requirements
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to follow through on problems and negotiate satisfactory outcomes with all stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyse, diagnose and understand complex networks; with proven expertise in providing operational support services in a complex networked environment; and to work well under pressure.
  • Extensive experience and detailed knowledge of Network technologies such as Routing/Switching (Aruba or Cisco preferred), Wireless Networks and supporting client endpoints, Unified Communications, Firewalls and VPN.
  • Demonstrated network security awareness and application within network systems.
  • Experience driving small to medium projects, for timely and successful outcomes.
  • Advanced technical problem solving
  • High awareness of latest trends and innovations in network systems technology.
