Step into a dynamic leadership role and work collaboratively across the university Empower your team to deliver impactful support and positive student outcomes Innovate and implement cutting-edge solutions to enhance student success services The role Full Time, Continuing Level 9 - $128,874 to $136,173 pa (plus 17% superannuation) Albury-Wodonga, Bathurst, Dubbo, Orange, Port Macquarie or Wagga Wagga campus As Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving student success at Charles Sturt University through overseeing the delivery of innovative, strengths-based services and programs. You will inspire a culture of continuous improvement, enhance awareness and promote participation in the services and programs delivered by the Student Success Services team. In this role, you will also provide effective advice on supports embedded in curriculum for diverse student cohorts, lead process improvements and utilise data to inform service design and assist with strategic proposals.
