Position SummaryThe Senior Manager, Compensation, Benefits, and HR Services is a pivotal role at our university, tasked with the strategic, operational, and transactional delivery of crucial HR services. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities including the design, development, and administration of compensation and benefit programs, employment law compliance, and the enhancement of HR management systems. The Senior Manager will lead efforts to streamline HR processes to deliver a seamless and efficient employee experience that is free from unnecessary bureaucracy.
