An exciting opportunity is currently available for a Senior Lecturer in Workplace Wellbeing to join our team, with a focus on teaching psychological health and ways to promote wellbeing in the workplace to our undergraduate and postgraduate students.

  • Position Requirements
  • Possession of doctoral qualification (PhD) in a relevant discipline is a requirement of this role.
  • Teaching qualification or willingness to undertake a Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Teaching / Education.
  • An understanding of current professional and educational issues in higher education and the ability to engage and work effectively with colleagues within the School and across the University to support students and promote CQUniversity.
  • Experience and/or expertise in workplace mental health and wellbeing, psychological safety, psychosocial hazards, and/or applied positive psychology.
  • Demonstrated experience in curriculum development, writing and evaluation, particularly using flexible modes of delivery.
