    The Faculty of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences are seeking to add your unique skills and experience to Experiential Development and Graduate Education (EDGE) in the role of Senior Lecturer (Practice).

    The Senior Lecturer (Practice) will make significant contributions to teaching of the EDGE Unit through application of their pharmacy industry experience and networks. You will also contribute to the development and delivery of new microcredential and experiential programs that support pharmacist skill development in areas of clinical practice such as residency training, vaccination, aged care services, medication management reviews, and prescribing.

    The successful applicant will:

  • Have a PhD or Masters degree in a relevant discipline
  • Significant professional or clinic experience in the relevant discipline area
  • Hold a registration as a Pharmacist in Australia, along with recent practice experience
  • Have evidence of practice experience and qualification in areas of extended pharmacy practice (e.g. Credentialed Medication Management Review pharmacist, Pharmacist Immuniser, etc)
  • Hold a Professional Practice Portfolio mapped to the Advancing Practice enabling competencies from the National Competencies Standards Framework for Pharmacists in Australia 2016 at Consolidation level or above, or evidence of working towards this outcome
