About the Role We have an opportunity for a Senior Lecturer of Law to join Swinburne.
Swinburne Law School teaches undergraduate programs in law, including the Bachelor of Laws and the Bachelor of Criminal Justice and Criminology. The School has a focus on law and technology and practical skills. The School has an agenda of building a strong research culture that includes international collaboration, competitive grants and high-quality publications.
The position will prepare and deliver classes including face to face, blended and online and assess students in all programs delivered by the school. This includes developing and supporting academic programs and working with the academic team in the development of program change and innovation. The position is expected to mentor and counsel students on academic matters and to supervise PhD students.
A contribution to the school's research output, income and impact is required. The position will assume administrative tasks associated with normal teaching duties and contribute to school administration generally.
