You will work closely with line managers, providing advice and support as well as performing and overseeing end to end processes in relation to the employee life cycle.

There is a strong recruitment focus to the role but you will be expected to provide a range of generalist HR support, including employee relations and providing policy assistance in relation to the University's processes and procedures as well as working on ad hoc projects and process improvements as directed by the Deputy Head of HR and Head of HR.
