Senior Facilities Assistant (holding the functional title of Works Supervisor II) in the Maintenance and Operations Unit of the Estates Office (Ref.: 524666) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
The appointees will assist, including working with contractors, in carrying out inspection, maintenance and repair of plumbing/electrical systems to a condition that conforms with the University and statutory requirements and perform any other duties as assigned. Working outside normal office hours and providing emergency on-call service on a rotation basis are required as necessary.
