Applications are invited for suitably qualified members of staff for the posts of Senior Executive Assistant. Reporting to the Head of Department or nominee, the successful candidates will have experience of working in a busy academic environment and have a clear understanding of the skills required to support students within the University, Department and School structure. They will be highly motivated and possess excellent organisation, interpersonal and IT skills. The appointees will work as an integral member of the Fees team.

Appointment may be made on the Senior Executive Assistant Salary Scale: €38,432 - €53,500 (Scale B) / €37,272 - €51,039 (Scale A)

Salary placement on appointment will be in accordance with public sector pay policy .
