Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant, Communications and Public Relations (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Business and Economics (Ref.: 526463) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good bachelor's degree, with around 2-3 years' of full-time work experience in digital marketing, communications, marketing, public relations or a related field (Media / Digital Agency / PR Agency Experience is preferred). They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); proven track record of outstanding project management and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and display advertising is essential. Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and the ability to multitask under pressure, work well both independently and in a team, as well as work with people from a broad range of backgrounds internally and externally are required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview. Those with less experience or qualifications may also be considered for the Executive Assistant position.
The appointee will support the School's Communications and Public Relations Team in planning, developing and implementing corporate communications and digital marketing strategies for brand promotion. Responsibilities of the appointee will include:
