Senior Executive Assistant / Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Faculty of Engineering (Ref.: 530725) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal)
Applicants should possess a recognised Bachelor's degree, with at least 1 year's clerical experience preferably in tertiary institutions. They should have a good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with fluency in Putonghua. They should also be self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility and positive attitude; have strong interpersonal, problem-solving and organisational skills; as well as the ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
The appointee will be assigned to assist in clerical/administrative works in undergraduate programme administration, including admissions, outreach, new initiatives, student enrichment programmes, student affairs, and perform any other duties as assigned. He/She may be required to work outside normal office hours. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
