Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant(at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Department of Statistics and Actuarial Science (Ref.: 526047) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal, subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree, with at least 2 years' full- time work experience in administration. Relevant work experience in tertiary institutions would be an advantage. They should have a good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua); exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills; and proficiency in MS Office applications (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint). They should also have a strong sense of responsibility; the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines; and be meticulous, detail-oriented and self-motivated.
The appointee will assist in the administration of degree programmes, student matters and academic events; provide logistical support such as classroom booking; and perform other duties as assigned. The appointee will also be responsible for attending to the reception counter of the General Office.
A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. Those with higher qualifications or more experience may be considered for the post of Senior Executive Assistant. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
