Applications are invited for appointment as Senior Executive Assistant/Executive Assistant (Several Posts at the rank of Clerk I/II) in the Sau Po Centre on Ageing within the Faculty of Social Sciences (Ref.:524519), to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Applicants should possess a recognized Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years' work experience. They should have an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua would be an advantage), good interpersonal, communication and organisational skills; computer literacy; the ability to work independently and multitask under pressure. They should be meticulous and self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility. Experience in handling administrative matters would be an advantage. Applicants with less work experience or fresh graduates with good academic backgrounds will be considered for the position of Executive Assistant (Clerk II),

The appointee will provide administrative support to the senior management team of the Centre in various areas including general office administration, human resources, finance administration, secretarial, project management and training/event organization, liaison with internal and external stakeholders, and perform any other duties as assigned by the Director. Applications with relevant research centre experience will be priorities. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test and an interview.
