Senior Executive Assistant (at the rank of Clerk I) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 530879) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two- year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)

Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 5 years' work experience in the higher education sector. They should be strong communicators with an excellent command of English and Chinese, and capable of working independently and in a team. They should have good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, and an appropriate level of IT knowledge. Experience in administering postgraduate programmes, managing shared research facilities, and developing IT systems would be an asset.

The appointee will play a versatile role in administering postgraduate programmes, managing the faculty's core research facilities, and providing other administrative support to the team as required. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and a written test.
