Senior Digital Marketing and Growth Manager / Digital Marketing and Growth Manager (at the rank of Administrative Assistant I / II) in the Development and Alumni Affairs Office (DAAO) (Ref.: 530341) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)

We are seeking a talented Senior Digital Marketing and Growth Manager in digital marketing who is a team player, creative thinker with a growth mindset, and have a genuine desire to engage with communities for business development.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies that promote engagement, build strong relationships with target demographics to grow business.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage our digital marketing strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and fundraising efforts;
  • Use a variety of digital platforms to promote campaigns and improve our outreach efforts;
  • Engage with our target stakeholders, internal and external communities, to build strong network and forge partnerships;
  • Analyze digital data to drive long-term growth in campaigns; and
  • Conduct social media audits to ensure best practices are being used.
  • Qualifications:

  • A degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field;
  • At least 8 years' experience in digital marketing, business development, strategic planning, or similar role, which at least 3 years should be at supervisory or management level;
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, metrics and best practices;
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to inform decision making for innovative marketing strategies and ideas;
  • Experience with B2C social media, Google Adwords, email campaigns and SEO/SEM; and knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics); and
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as the role involves engaging with various stakeholders, internal and external communities.
  • Compensation and Benefits:

    A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, in addition to annual leave and medical benefits. The appointment will attract a contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 15% of the basic salary for the Senior Digital Marketing and Growth Manager post, and up to 10% of the basic salary for the Digital Marketing and Growth Manager post. Applicants with lower qualifications and/or less experience may be appointed as Digital Marketing and Growth Manager.
