The Academic Records Office (ARO) is a small team, based in the Examination Schools. It supports core operational activities such as registration; student loans; visas and immigration; student University cards; student fees; assessments; degree document production, and degree conferral and ceremonies. The team plays a pivotal role in bridging college student administration with these central University activities.

About the Role
The ARO is responsible for Registration and Data Management, Assessment Review, Assessment Record Maintenance and Results Processing and the Senior Data Officer will be required to work in all of the above areas.
With the ARO's work supporting core operational activities, this role offers a chance to liaise with a variety of areas across the collegiate University and presents an ideal opportunity for developing a career in University administration.
About You
You should have excellent organisational and administrative skills, with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and be able to work as part of a team as well as independently using your own initiative.
You will have experience in the use of computerised student record systems, and other IT packages, and the capacity to quickly acquire a comprehensive knowledge and understanding of complex examination regulations and procedures.
You will also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to communicate complex information clearly.
