Executive Officer (holding the functional title of Senior Communications Executive) in the Asia Global Institute (Ref: 530997) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis, with contract-ended gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totaling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance)
Applicants should have a good university degree and at least 5 years' solid working experience in event management with strong communications and administrative skills, preferably in the higher education or public/quasi- public sectors. Additional experience in handling finances and expenses matters and an appropriate level of IT skills would be an advantage. They should have an excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, be self-motivated, attentive to details, able to multi-task independently and a good team player. Applicants should be flexible enough to cope with different tasks as assigned and to work outside of normal office hours occasionally.
The appointee will be assisting the implementation of various kinds of events, marketing and branding initiatives. He/She will also be responsible for providing accounting and administrative support; office documentation and data verification and other duties as assigned.
