Senior Clerk/Clerk I (several posts) in the LKS Faculty of Medicine (Ref.: 524481) (to commence as soon as possible, on a two-year fixed-term basis with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme, totalling up to 10% of basic salary, with the possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance)
Applicants should possess a good university degree with at least 10 years' work experience in the higher education sector. They should be strong communicators with an excellent command of English and Chinese, and capable of working independently and in a team. They should have good problem-solving skills, a strong sense of responsibility, an appropriate level of IT knowledge, and experience in administering research awards/grants or providing secretarial support to committees is essential. Experience in developing internal IT systems/applications and/or involvement in research performance/impact-related initiatives would be an advantage. Those with less experience will be considered for appointment as Clerk I.
The appointees will play a versatile role in administering various research awards and grants, as well as providing the secretarial support to committees at the Faculty level. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend an interview and written test.
