    Are you an experienced change professional who is ready to apply your advanced skills across planning and delivery of impactful change and communications? Reporting to the Program Change Manager, the Senior Change Consultant role offers an exciting opportunity to analyse, plan and deliver impactful change and communications within the MyTime@UQ Program.

    In this pivotal role, you will refine comprehensive change and communication strategies and translate both of these to action-oriented plans that support successful delivery across multiple complex projects. Working closely with academic, professional, and research teams, you'll ensure smooth transitions and lasting benefits realisation.

    Your expertise will guide innovative solutions to change challenges, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and strategic program benefits. You will lead stakeholder engagement efforts, develop impactful communication materials, and coach leaders to effectively manage change. With a strong focus on collaboration and relationship-building, you'll work across diverse portfolios, bringing clarity and cohesion to large-scale initiatives.

    Key responsibilities will include :

  • Review, refine and execute innovative change management and communication strategies to support complex, multi-project initiatives.

  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to change success.

  • Develop and deliver tailored communication materials, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and aligned with program objectives.

  • Coach leaders and develop team capabilities to support successful adoption of change across diverse organisational groups.

  • Extensive experience in change management, with a proven track record of delivering successful change programs in complex environments.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and tailored messaging for diverse audiences.

  • Strategic thinker, able to navigate complex, multi-project initiatives while aligning change efforts with organisational goals.

  • Proactive in identifying risks and challenges, with the ability to develop effective interventions to mitigate change impacts.

  • Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging stakeholders at all levels to drive collaboration and ensure program success.

  • Skilled in coaching and developing teams, guiding leaders to effectively support their staff through periods of transition.

  • The successful candidate may be required to complete a number of pre- employment checks, including right to work in Australia and a criminal check.
