We are looking for Senior Assistant Registrars/Assistant Registrars (SAR/AR) to join the Registry.
The Role
The appointees will perform duties and responsibilities prescribed by the Registrar, including providing senior executive support to the governing bodies of the University, serving as heads of sections/administrative offices of the Registry, deputizing for the Registrar as Secretary of a Faculty, etc. The role and function of the Registry can be found at https:// hku.hk/staff/registry.html.

What We Offer
The appointment will be made on fixed-term full-time contract for 2 years, to commence as soon as possible with the possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance. Appointment on a short-term contract/project basis may also be arranged, and experienced administrators/executives willing to contribute on a short-term/project basis are welcome to apply. Those with less experience or lower qualifications may be considered for appointment as AR. A highly competitive salary commensurate with qualifications and experience will be offered, together with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to a retirement benefits scheme at 15% of basic salary. Other benefits include annual leave and medical benefits. Housing benefits will be provided as applicable.
