We are on the hunt for a Senior Injury Management Advisor to join our team and provide professional advice on injury management, early intervention strategies and workers compensation processes, and accountabilities to line managers and staff.

Our ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently consult and liaise sensitively and constructively with stakeholders to promote a strong culture.

You will be motivated, engaged, and have a “hands on” approach to drive positive outcomes for the employee and organisation with a:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Claims and Injury Management
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the WA Workers Compensation & Injury Management Act
  • Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation and influencing skills
  • Proven ability to demonstrate resilience in managing challenging scenarios
  • Developed time management skills with the ability to work autonomously in a complex environment
  • Computer literate
  • Degree/Diploma in health-related allied or discipline (desirable but not essential)
  • Work Requirements:

  • Must have current work rights in Australia.
  • Based in Perth, WA. Relocation and sponsorship support are not available.
