Research And Innovation Services Professional & Business Support Grade 5 - £25,742 to £29,605 (pro rata) per annum, dependent on experience (fixed term until 30/09/27)

Sheffield Hallam University is a partner in the ‘Next Generation Research SuperVision Project (RSVP): Transforming the culture of doctoral supervision and education'. The project aims to review, shape and enhance the supervision of postgraduate research students in higher education institutions.

This new role is based in the Doctoral School Team in Research and Innovation Services. We are looking to appoint a Senior Administrator who will provide support for a range of project activities including events, communications and project support. The role will involve collaborative working with staff across the partner organisations and other key audiences.

You will support and coordinate various activities including organising meetings, workshops and events; internal and external communications; collating information and data; reviews of policies and processes. This is not an exhaustive list, and it is expected that you will be responsible for related activities commensurate with the level of the role and nature of the project.

You should have experience of working independently and carrying out a range of administration activities; of arranging and supporting meetings, projects and associated activities; and of working effectively in an environment of complex regulations and procedures.
