The successful applicants will enjoy a competitive salary with generous 27% shift pattern allowance, and an attractive, flexible shift pattern with a focus on work and life balance, which is why most of our staff have been with us for many years.

  • the control of traffic and parking
  • Applicants must ensure that any application separately evidences all the essential criteria to assist with shortlisting.

A full driving licence is an essential requirement.

  • Patrols will involve foot, cycle, and, if you have a driving licence, use of vehicles, responding to incidents on university property, and will include responsibilities away from the University site either involving students or as part of other contracted security responsibilities.

Safety of the staff and students is our priority, in addition to ensuring the safety and welfare of all people connected with or visiting the University, the protection of university property and the regulation of vehicle movement on and around the University site.
