About the Role Are you passionate about inspiring the next generation of university students? Swinburne University of Technology is seeking a dynamic Schools Recruitment Specialist (Experiences and Programs) to connect with secondary school students and support our domestic enrolment goals.
In this key role, you will design and deliver engaging programs and experiences for secondary school students, working closely with teams across Swinburne to bring our Schools Engagement Strategy to life. Representing the university at recruitment events, you will promote the Swinburne brand, provide advice to students and their influencers, and organise impactful student recruitment activities.

Qualifications Completion of a degree in education or marketing (CX Design) or equivalent with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.
