Working at CQUniversityThe School of Nursing, Midwifery and Social Sciences is seeking a motivated individual to provide a broad range of administrative support across the school and ensure a high level of service is provided to our staff and students. You will undertake a range of administrative duties, ensuring that they adhere to relevant service standards and comply with University Policy and Procedure.
Your role will encompass a variety of tasks including providing high-level client service, managing administrative tasks such as organising meetings and handling email inquiries. Additionally, you will assist with timetabling and casual staff processes and maintain accurate records management systems, ensuring efficient and organised operations.
You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills and bring with you your ability to use your initiative and problem-solving skills to complete tasks within set timeframes, while delivering a high level of customer service to others.
